Returns and Exchanges
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. However, please note that single cards are not eligible for return or exchange.
For other items, such as sealed products, board games, or collectibles, you may return them for a refund or exchange within 30 days of the purchase date.
To be eligible for a return or exchange, your item must be:
In the original condition
Unworn, undamaged, and unwashed
In the original packaging with all tags attached
Return Process:
Contact Us: Please contact us using our contact page to initiate a return or exchange.
Shipping: You will be responsible for the cost of shipping the return. We recommend using a trackable shipping service.
Refund or Exchange: Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it and process your refund or exchange. Refunds will be issued to your original payment method.
Exceptions:
Sale Items: Sale items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.
Custom Orders: Custom orders cannot be returned or exchanged.
Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable.
